Exchange & Refund Policy

At Freshtaa Wear, we offer our customers a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Refunds do not apply to sale items unless the product has a fault from our side.

To return or exchange an item, it must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, not washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to show your proof of purchase.

Customers will pay for the return shipping unless the item is defective or sent by mistake.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first asking for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong — so we can fix it.


Exchanges

You can exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. To help us process your exchange:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is not washed
  • The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving it

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to your bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa account once your return is approved.
