Exchange & Refund Policy
At Freshtaa Wear, we offer our customers a 7-day exchange policy only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
To request an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You also need to show your proof of purchase.
Customers will pay for the exchange shipping unless the item is defective or sent by mistake.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
